With any change, many sites blur and become unclear. I am a layout designer myself, and therefore I am very critical of this. Blurred icons and photographs - what could be worse?
If I insert a 100x100 pixel icon on the site, then I want to see exactly the same one on the screen, at least for the duration of the layout. Then I’ll run tests and look at the site in different browsers, etc.
Text only
To prevent images and interface elements on websites from becoming smeared, in Firefox the first thing I do is check the “Text Only” checkbox:

(if the menu is hidden, you can return it with the ALT key)
Now any changes in scale will affect only the font size, and the site graphics will remain clear. Modern sites have a reserve of rubber so that when the font is enlarged, “nothing will move.”
Cancel system scaling
In new versions of Firefox (and not only it) has learned to read system settings and apply them without warning. My scale in Windows was set to 125%, and the sites became blurry. This is how you can return the scale to 100%:

In addition, sometimes access to settings can be limited for a variety of reasons and program failures. Therefore, to return everything, it is enough to perform a technical reset.
At first, just go to the “Menu” of the browser, check the availability of the necessary settings, then you can go to the address bar and enter “about:config”. This command will open the available technical settings of the browser, there you should find the menu item “font.minimum-size” and set the value “0” opposite it. This way you can reset and return your browser settings to their original settings.
