If you can't find the Firefox Pocket icon in the address bar, there's an easy solution to this problem.

  • Enter in the address bar: about:config
  • Then press the Enter key.
  • A window will open warning you that your warranty will be voided. It's not a big deal and you don't need to worry. Just click on the “I accept the risk!” button.
  • Type "pocket" into the search field.
  • Double click on “extensions.pocket.enabled”. Now you can change the value to "true". The icon should now be visible and you can use this feature.

Note. If you want to use the add-on but hide the icon, that is also possible. Right-click the Firefox-Pocket icon. After that, you can select the “Remove from Address Bar” option.
