Open the directory where the document is located. Click right click mouse on the file you need, the creation date of which you want to know. Open in context menu parameter “Properties” and look at the contents of the first tab in the window that appears; the date and time of creation, editing, the name of the author’s computer, etc. are also written there.
Please note that any way to find out the creation date of a document cannot provide you with reliable information, because everything depends on the settings of the computer on which it was originally edited. If the system date was set incorrectly (this often happens when BIOS parameters are lost), then you will not be able to find out the document creation date even using third-party programs; only the calculation method will help here.
Open the directory where the document you need is located in the file manager Total Commander. Select it, view information about the date of creation, changes, author, etc. in an additional window. For image files, you can also view the camera model in addition to the photo date.
