Before you start understanding the functionality of EssentialPIM, you should set necessary settings. This is done from the “Service” – “Settings…” menu. To create a new task, click on the “new task” parameter in the “actions” window and in the window that opens, set the required time values, priority, category, and if a reminder is required.

But creating a new note is different. Click on the "Notes" option and create a new or edit an old note.

Contacts
New contact added from the "Actions" - "New Contact" menu. You can enter not only personal data into a contact, but also work data, as well as upload a picture corresponding to the contact.
