If you're trying to save a theme from an app store, you'll need to save it first before the Save Theme for Sharing option appears.
When you no longer need a theme, go to Settings > Personalization > Themes, under Apply Theme, right-click the theme and select Delete. You can't remove the theme you're currently using, so you'll need to install another one first.
