Very often there is a need to convert a file to another format, for example, a document in PDF format, Avi in \u200b\u200bMPEG or in any other format. For this you need a converter to convert files. Visit and on the very first page of the site you will find some options: Select Files, Convert it and Start Conversation. Using the Select Files button, you can upload files directly from your PC, or you can use your account in the Google Drive or Dropbox cloud to download the files you need directly. To connect your account to Google Drive and Dropbox you need to complete the authorization procedure with your user ID and password.

The service can be used even without additional registration. However, in this case, restrictions on the number of files will be imposed. They can be processed only 10 per day. If this is not enough, registration is required.
This service is located on the CloudConvert.com website (see Figure 8). The interface language is English. Cloudconvert is free if you do not make more than 25 conversions per day. For most users, this will be more than enough. Registered users have access to 25 transitions per day, the maximum file size should not exceed 1024 MB. A detailed list of restrictions is available on the registration page in the service. In addition to the standard registration by e-mail, it is also possible to register using social networks. You can choose from: Google+, Twitter and Facebook (see Figure 9). If you use any of them, then you can log in using an account of one or another social network.

CloudConvert's workflow is very simple and fits in three simple steps. First, you must specify the file you want to convert on your hard drive or in Dropbox, Google Drive (see Figure 10).
Then you need to select the desired format and configure the conversion settings, if available. After all the necessary settings, all that remains is to click “Start Convertation” and wait for the process to complete. At the same time, you can close the browser window and check the box “notify about the end of the conversion by e-mail”, and then after 5-10 minutes you will receive a letter in the mailbox with a notification and a link to the file download. Thus, you can set the file for conversion both on a PC and on a mobile device.

The list of all file formats supported by the service is located in the top tab “Conversion Types” (see Figure 11) - the list of formats is divided into subsections with the file type (video, audio, sound, etc.), which is convenient.

For this graduation project, a video file of the .flv format was selected with a size of 130 MB for conversion to another video format (.mov) and a resolution change of 320x240 pixels.
As can be seen in Figure 12, the video file can also be converted into a presentation, or into a sound file (delete the image and leave only the audio track of the initial file).
After selecting the final file format, the button for invoking the conversion parameters window appears (see Figure 13) in the form of a wrench.

The conversion options options window itself is shown in Figure 14. Here you can edit the video quality, aspect ratio of the video image, video resolution, select the sound quality and more.
After clicking the “Start Convertation” button, the file starts downloading to the server for its subsequent processing. The readiness status of downloading and processing the file is shown on the corresponding scale (see Figure 15).

At the end of the conversion, an e-mail message arrives with a notification that the conversion was successful, with a link to download the file (see Figure 16).
Total time spent on setting up the conversion, the process itself and downloading the file to the computer: 10 minutes.
